Rotary National Cartoon Awards Entry Form
The 24th Rotary Cartoon Award Competition will open from the end of January 2012.

- Award Ceremony at the Bunker Cartoon gallery, Coffs Harbour: 21 July 2012

RULES & ENTRY CONDITIONS: PLEASE READ CAREFULLY
- The Rotary Cartoon Awards encompasses two sections: National and International. National: Open ONLY to Australian citizens or residents of Australia over 18 years of age. International: Open to all non-Australian citizens or non-residents of Australia over 18 years of age. Captioning must be in English.
- Cartoons may either be sent via post, digitally via email, or hand delivered to the Bunker Cartoon Gallery, Coffs Harbour. Entries must not be sent prior to March 1, 2012 and closing date is 31 May 2011. All works submitted must not be able to be deemed offensive to others.
- Postal entries: All cartoons submitted in hardcopy by post or delivered must be originals, either in colour or black and white. Entries must be clearly labelled with the artist’s name, address, telephone number and email address. This information must be written in pencil, in the top left hand corner on the reverse of the work, beneath the title of the work.
- Digital entries: All cartoons must be sent in 300dpi, JPEG format, and may be either A4 (210mm x 297mm) or A3 (420mm x 297mm) in either colour or black and white. Artists are asked to specify the size for printing. Cartoons should be sent as an attachment to an email and a completed entry form also attached.
- There are no restrictions on the number of entries submitted and entries may be either previously published or unpublished
- Please do not frame entries.
- Artists are asked to title their own works and to specify in which category/s the works are entered.
- Entry to the awards will be taken as an agreement to accept the rules and entry conditions.
- The cartoons may be exhibited and reproduced in a catalogue or similar, onto post cards and/or other items and copied, at the discretion of the Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City, any time in the future and offered for sale through the Bunker Cartoon Gallery.
- The Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City will appoint suitable judges for the competition. Judges will not be eligible to enter the competition. The judge’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- Winners of the 2012 competition will be announced on 21st July 2012. The Rotary Club of Coffs Harbour City will notify all winners.
